• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment through the website.

• Items are not held without payment unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Local Pickup

• Orders are shipped within the United States.

• Local pickup is available by appointment after order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final.

Commissions

Batiste Studio opens limited commission windows throughout the year. When a commission window is open, availability and accepted projects will be announced through the studio's official channels. Once the commission window closes, no additional commissions will be accepted until the next announcement.

On occasion, a sold design may be offered again in a limited quantity or recreated by request, subject to availability.
